Why didn't I earn a point for my recent visit?

To earn points, you must either scan your app or provide your phone number at checkout. This process is separate from payment.

As a reminder: You may continue to use your uploaded or physical CoffeeLuv Card to pay for your purchase, however, the usage of the card alone will not link the transaction to your Rewards account.
