At the same time, we take all feedback very seriously and want to make sure every customer is satisfied with every bag of coffee they receive.
If you purchased your beans from a grocery store or Costco, please return your package of coffee to the store it was originally purchased from. A receipt may be needed, and the store will be happy to exchange the package for you.
If you purchased from Amazon, please return directly to Amazon. CoffeeLuv does not guarantee the quality or authenticity of CoffeeLuv Coffee purchased from non-authorized resellers on Amazon.com.
If you purchased your beans from one of our CoffeeLuv coffeebars, you are welcome to return your package to any CoffeeLuv’s coffeebar location.
